Sentinel Mountain
Sentinel Mountain
This was taken yesterday on Chapmans Peak looking at Sentinel mountain in Hout Bay.

Around this mountain some of the biggest waves in the world can be found, last year a 64ft wave (biggest wave ridden last year) was ridden by Californian Greg Long... the area is known as Dungeons.

This image is made up of three smaller ones and then stitched together using PTGui.

Love how the slope of the two hills matches. Great colours, too.

Great stiching. And a reaaly great sky. 60+ waves sounds very scarry. WoW!! And so what is the building on the right foreground?

Really like how the sky is not blown out but the rest of hte shot is not too bright. Was this in one shot or 2? Also, very nice scene and framing, nicely done. Also, the story really adds to the shot as well.
